SweatMood is where movement, music and community come together.

We’re a locally owned group fitness studio in Rohnert Park offering high-energy workouts designed to challenge your body and change your mood. From heated mat workouts and strength training to indoor cycling and full-body conditioning, every class brings its own energy—but they all share the same purpose: helping you leave stronger, clearer and more confident than when you arrived.

Our studio is dark, the music is loud and the energy is real. But you’ll never be expected to keep up with anyone else in the room. Our instructors guide you through every class, offer options when you need them and encourage you to make each workout your own.

Whether this is your first fitness class or the next step in your journey, there’s a place for you here.

Questions before your first class?

Do I need previous experience or be in good shape?

Not at all. SweatMood welcomes all fitness levels. Our instructors can provide options so you can approach the workout at a pace that feels right for you.

Are all SweatMood classes heated?

No. Hot Pilates and Hot Sculpt are performed in a heated studio. Our cycling and other class formats offer their own unique environments and training styles.

Which class is best for beginners?

That depends on the experience you want. Hot Pilates is a great choice for intentional, low-impact movement. Cycle 45 offers an energizing cardio experience, while HIIT and Hot Sculpt can be adjusted to your individual pace. Contact us if you would like help choosing.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your first class. This gives our team time to welcome you, answer questions and help you prepare.

What should I bring?

Bring water and comfortable workout clothing. For most classes, only a towel and a water is needed. For Indoor cycling classes, shoe rentals ($5 per class) or cycling shoes with SPD style clips are required. We recommend wearing Athletic style shoes to HIIT classes.

What if I need to modify an exercise?

That is completely normal. Your instructor can offer alternatives, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body.

Water Bottles

All Members are encouraged to bring water with them to class. Sweatmood Group Fitness does not currently have a drinking water fountain, water bottles are available for purchase for $1 each before and after class at the front desk.

Waitlist

If a class is full, we encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist; but please do not come to the studio unless you receive confirmation that you have been added to the class.

Openings can become available at any time, including shortly before class. If your plans change or you’re no longer certain you can attend, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist. Otherwise, you may be moved into the class automatically on short notice.

SweatMood has a six-hour cancellation policy, so only remain on the waitlist if you’re ready and able to attend when a spot becomes available.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change—we understand. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least six hours before the scheduled start of class.

Cancellations made within six hours of class are considered late cancellations and will result in a $20 fee. A $20 fee also applies if you do not attend a class you reserved.

Canceling early gives another member the opportunity to move off the waitlist and join the class.
